Tree #1 — the first family on the Ledger
A family tree that starts from the oldest name people remember — and grows, branch by branch, as relatives join and claim their place on it.
Nothing here is guessed. Majoka stands at the root, and his five children form the first branches. Drag to explore, and tap any name to open their page.
Pick any two people on the tree and see the path that joins them.
My Social Ledger is built for families spread across towns, countries and WhatsApp groups — everyone finds their place, and the elders keep the keys.
When someone is already on the tree, they receive a personal invite to claim their page — the place that was kept for them, with their name already on it. One tap, and the page is theirs to fill with their story.
Not on the tree yet? A relative can ask to be attached by saying whose child they are. An elder of the family confirms it before the branch is added — so the tree stays true, and nobody joins by mistake.
Every person’s page holds more than a name: where they were born, the work of their hands, the stories the family tells about them. The names stop being just names.
Funerals, weddings, reunions, family meetings — one place where the whole family hears it, instead of news travelling cousin to cousin until it arrives too late.
The tree remembers the days that matter: birthdays of the living, and memorial days for those who have gone before — so no one is forgotten, and no day passes unmarked.
And the tree itself is free for the family — every branch, every page, every story.
Family invites for the Tegwe tree open at launch. When they do, every relative will receive their own link to claim their page or ask to be attached.
